This policy covers the Workout Wizard website and its email list. The iPhone app will have its own section here before it launches.

Who is responsible

The developer of Workout Wizard. Contact: hello@workoutwizard.app.

Visiting the website

The website sets no cookies. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to deliver and protect the site. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't identify you.

The email list

If you sign up, we keep your email address and when you signed up, to send you:

• one email when the app launches;
• new guides from this site, now and then.

The legal basis is your consent. You confirm it by email before you get anything, and every email has a link to unsubscribe. We keep your address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. The list is run by Buttondown, which stores the addresses for us. We never sell or share them.

Transfers outside the EU

Cloudflare and Buttondown are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the safeguards each provider offers, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hello@workoutwizard.app. You can also complain to a data protection authority. In Spain, that is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
